Terms
These terms should be settled by the firm alongside the advocate's written opinion before launch.
What this site is
Information about divorce and matrimonial law in India, published by Baidehi Ravanari Atelier. It is not an advertisement, and no solicitation of work is intended or made. Nothing here ranks, rates or recommends any advocate.
It is not advice on your case
Reading this site does not create a lawyer–client relationship. Law changes, and the answer for your matter depends on facts this site cannot know. A relationship with the firm begins only when it confirms an engagement in writing.
The documents we sell
The papers offered at ₹99 are templates for you to complete yourself. They are not drafted for your matter, no advocate reviews them before you receive them, and no advocate is engaged by your buying them.
The guided session
The session at ₹3,999 is a legal consultation conducted by an advocate of the firm, together with drafting for your matter. It is booked and paid before the session. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are set out on the refunds page.
Calculators
The calculators produce estimates from what you type in. No court is bound by them, and they are not a forecast of your outcome.
Liability
Where something we provide falls short, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for the outcome of any court proceeding, for a decision you take after reading this site, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects an advocate's professional obligations, which are owed under the Advocates Act, 1961 and are not ours to narrow.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction.
