Why there is no consent banner
Because there is nothing to consent to. Consent banners exist for tracking and advertising cookies, and this site sets none. If that ever changes — an advertising pixel, a remarketing tag, an embedded video that tracks — a banner appears here first and nothing loads before you agree.
