Privacy
This page is written to be read rather than to protect us. It should still be reviewed against the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 before launch.
Who we are
This site is published by Baidehi Ravanari Atelier, based at Delhi and Pune. Legal matters arising from it are conducted by a firm of advocates enrolled in India, named in the engagement letter before any work begins. The two are separate, and this page covers the site.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request a session or write to us: your name, email, phone, city, the kind of matter, when suits you, and anything you choose to add.
- How the site is used. Page views and performance measurements, in aggregate, through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. These do not use cookies and do not identify you.
We ask you not to send documents, account numbers or identity numbers through the forms on this site, and we do not store the free-text notes you write in them beyond what is needed to answer you.
Why we hold it
To answer you, to arrange a session, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone outside the firm, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
How long
An enquiry that does not become an engagement is deleted after twelve months. Where an engagement follows, the firm keeps the file as professional obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@divorce.me.in and we will answer within thirty days.
